Neodymium Magnets

Description

Neodymium magnets (NdFeB) also known as super magnets, together with samarium cobalt magnets, are part of the rare earth group and represent the latest generation of magnetic materials. These aggregates have properties far superior to the traditional ones, being at the moment the strongest in the market.

It has a coating with 3 layers of protection, nickel / copper / nickel and are sintered (manufacturing process through powder metallurgy). Due to this manufacturing process, the calls are fragile and sensitive to impacts, and can break and become unusable, so it is extremely important to handle them properly.

Magnets have characteristics that allow a wide range of applications and uses in the most diverse industries. It has an excellent resistance to demagnetisation, only losing its magnetic force after greater than 80ºC. There are degrees that support up to 200ºC (see table).

Neodymium magnets are available in a variety of sizes, shapes and sizes, offering superior traction performance to other materials with the same volume, all thanks to their properties. They have lower cost of energy and excellent cost of performance, with a wide range of working temperature, being the most used in the industrial sector.

Our portfolio has a multitude of shapes, sizes and magnetic sizes in different grades N35, N42, N48, N50 and N52.

At Brasil Magnets you will find neodymium magnets available in different types of shapes and sizes that suit not what you need. Consult our experts!
