Magnet Lifters
Description
Lift, move or position: regardless of size, weight or shape in a very easy and efficient way, you can carry whatever you need with you wherever you want.
Magnetic lifters operate without electricity and support loads from 100kg up to 3,000kg. Perfect for use in small spaces, due to its compact size. They are suitable for lifting ferrous objects such as steel plates, bars and blocks, tubes, billets, when transporting tools and moving cylindrical parts.
With a safety factor of 3.5, our magnetic lifter has a lever with safety lock and simple operation, easy operation and can be handled by a single operator. In addition, it also has high energy magnets and can be combined with two or more lifters to facilitate the handling of items of great weight and dimension.
Factors that influence lifting capacity:
The specified nominal capacity of each equipment is based on some application conditions, such as the finish of the part, roughness, cleanliness and type of material.
The thickness is a determining factor for the full operation of the magnetic lifter, since the material moved is an integral part of the magnetic circuit with the equipment. The greater the thickness, the greater the efficiency of the equipment. Smaller thicknesses reduce the equipment's capacity.
Consult the manual to determine the actual capacity for the product to be moved by the magnetic lifter.
